# How To Make It:
01 - Submerge chicken pieces in buttermilk and refrigerate for minimum 15 minutes.
02 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. Remove chicken from buttermilk and thoroughly coat each piece with breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on prepared baking sheet and apply olive oil spray.
04 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow to cool slightly before assembly.
